Spring Lake, Nov 16, 1897

Miss Lizzie Golden

Dennison, Mich.

Dear Lizzie,

Your invitation received with many thanks for the remembrance of we people.

We shall exert every effort to be present.  Do not think Mother could ride so far, but sister Marguerelle and brother, I think, will drive up in the evening.  I wish to be at Mass that morning, therefore will go up Tuesday evening and stay with Esther all night.

I hope it may be God’s wish that the day is a pleasant one and your future life bright and prosperous.  I see no reason why it should not.

Be sure and have a fellow for me that evening, ha ha.

With love from all,

I am Sincerely

Julia A. Brady

P.S. Our concert is tomorrow night.  I am kept busy practicing & drilling the kids.

(Excuse little envelope)
